Bankai Training Requirments

Captains - Upon appointment to a shinigami captain, you will automatically gain Bankai and need only to register it into your Zanpakuto; unless you are not one of the starting line up you will have to train for it at a minimum 1.0k words ad approved by 2 staff members. Cost is 100 points.
-To master it; pay another 100 points and add 500 words to your training.

Lieutenants - As you are indefinitely the second man in rank AND power of your squad, Lieutenants will only require 190 points for Bankai. Once you have the number of points necessary, complete a training in this section of 2.0K words and have it approved by a staff member.
-To master it; pay another 190 points and add 500 words to your training.

Seated Officers - You are, to put it simply, the other nine outstanding warriors in your squad. In order to gain Bankai, you must have 250 points and complete a training of 3.0K words.
-To master it; pay another 250 points and add 500 words to your training.

Regular Shinigami(Unseated) - You are too weak and cannot obtain Bankai at your current level, NO exceptions.

Note: Just because you obtain Bankai does not make you as strong as a captain class warrior. As you've seen in the manga and anime, several people like Ikakku and Renji have reached Bankai level, yet still get their asses handed to them by their captains. Bankai will make all of you stronger, but remember your place in the food chain. To master your Bankai once obtained you must have a extra 'XXX' points after obtaining Bankai.

Secondary Note: If a shinigami goes rogue and is caught, then they may be subject to extraction of their zanpaktou. Once extracted, it will be destroyed or bestowed upon another worthy user who does not have a zanpaktou. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE WHO HAVE COMMITTED SEVERE CRIMES.
